Mary Jo報(bào)告說,Windows 7 Beta測(cè)試者們找出了一個(gè)系統(tǒng)中的嚴(yán)重問題.這一問題表現(xiàn)在利用Windows Installer安裝軟件和更新時(shí),系統(tǒng)會(huì)隨機(jī)崩潰,explorer.exe和msiexec.exe都有可能出現(xiàn)問題.測(cè)試者們迅速找出了原因,原來是一個(gè)Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP)中名叫Software Quality Management (SQM) Client的服務(wù)在進(jìn)行ntdll.dll中的WinSqmStartSession過程時(shí)不幸崩潰,這種情況似乎是運(yùn)行微軟客戶體驗(yàn)改善計(jì)劃引起的,解決方案已經(jīng)出來.

1) 刪除注冊(cè)表項(xiàng) HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftSQMClientWindowsDisabledSessions中的MachineThrottling或者改名.

2)關(guān)閉Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program 也可以解決問題,路徑是本地組策略中的- Computer Configuration->Administrative Templates->System->Internet Communication Management->Internet Communication settings.
